What we read
Only the data you allow on Oura’s page: daily scores, sleep, heart rate, SpO2, workouts, tags, profile and ring. RiseReady can’t change anything in Oura.
Where it is kept
On your phone: a copy of your Oura data for fast start-up and your journal notes. Our server only helps you sign in to Oura and stores nothing. We use no analytics and no ads.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell or share your data and don’t use it to train algorithms or AI models.
How to delete
Settings → “Disconnect and erase data”. Oura access is revoked and everything is removed from the phone. On request by email we delete everything within 72 hours.
